Redesigning the Website for Open Sky Marketing
The Problem
Liz Garnand of Open Sky Marketing kind of liked her current website. While she wanted to keep the simple design of her current one-page website, Liz wanted to add a blog, additional pages and some additional functionality. Additionally, she wanted a website she could maintain herself and update as needed.
The Goal
Liz wanted her website to effectively represent her expertise and professionalism, while also being usable and not overly complicated.
The Solution
Liz and I worked together to develop a layout that represented the ethos of her marketing consulting business. Then, I designed the website in WordPress, using GeneratePress and Elementor Pro! As a marketing consultant, Liz quickly created her content and identified the visual assets for the website to make sure it represented her style and personality.
Then, we migrated her website over to Flywheel Hosting for easy website management.
The End Result
Liz was happy! Because she was involved with the design process, she felt like the website accurately reflected her and her business. Then, after a brief training session, Liz learned how she could adjust and update her website on her own.
Now, she has a website she’s proud to share and that she can adjust and modify as she wishes.
