During our call, we’ll talk briefly, so I can learn about your business, your website, and what plan makes the most sense for you.
At the end of our call, I’ll send you a proposal and invoice for your website management plan.
Website Evaluation – Audit
Because I did not build your website, I will need to evaluate it to make sure it’s healthy and everything is in working order. After my evaluation, I will let you know what I discovered.
Then, I’ll start up your website for your management plan, or we’ll talk about what we need to do to get your website healthy first.
I charge a $199 fee for this evaluation. It is paid in advance, and it is nonrefundable. But you get to keep my report if you decide not to move forward with this service.

Frequently Asked Questions
What themes and page builders do you support?
I currently support websites built with Bricks Builder, GeneratePress / GenerateBlocks, and Elementor. These are the tools in my technology stack.
If your WordPress website is built with a different theme or page builder, I may not be able to support your website.
Does it matter where I host my website?
Yes! You must host your website at one of my approved web hosts. Pricing starts at $8 per month, depending on the size of your website and the web host you choose. I can migrate your website at no charge.
Less expensive hosts with unlimited plans overload their servers which negatively impacts your site performance.
Why is my web host’s backup not enough?
Many web hosts backup your website on the same server with the website lives!
If this server breaks or dies, you will both your live site and your backup.
How do backups work?
I will make sure your website backs up daily to an offsite server. I will be able to access your backups and restore them for your at your request.
What are support services?
Support services include website copy updates, image uploads and formatting, menu edits or similar tasks.
We can even add new functionality and pages to your website.
Current hourly rate for support services is $100 per hour.
What is included in support by email?
Support by email includes email requests for help with your website that can be resolved by email in around 15 minutes or so.
Email support does not include new pages, adding new features, or design work. It does not include support for your email hosting or email deliverability issues.
