The price you pay for a website and related services is important to you, and you’d probably like to know what your costs are going to be before hiring or even reaching out to a web designer or developer.
So, in this article I’m going to share the all the pricing details for my web design services, so you can make an informed decision if my services are right for you.
I am including the pricing for all of services here, so you can easily compare them and find the service that works best for you and your business needs.
All-in-One Web Design
This service is great for busy business owners who want a full-service, guided web design experience and a professional website, along with website management and support.
You get a fantastic website with everything you need without all the headaches and overwhelm.
Solo Starter
Each project includes:
- 8 Basic website pages
- Website strategy sessions
- Content guides, writing, and editing
- Website hosting, management & support
- Foundational SEO
- Privacy policies
- Simple website analytics
Pricing: $750 set up then $250 per month (24 month minimum)
How payment works
You will pay $750 to start the project, and then $250 per month. The minimum term is 24 months. If you wish to cancel your service before 24 months, you will be required to pay $150 for each month remaining of the 24 months. You will also then be responsible for your website hosting and theme and plugin licenses.
Team Plus
Each project includes:
- Up t0 15 website pages
- Everything in Solo
- 1 appointment booking landing Page
- Blog or case study pages
- Team member pages
- Email marketing opt-ins
- Website hosting, management & support
Pricing: $750 setup plus $350 per month (24 month minimum)
How payment works
You will pay $750 to start the project, and then $350 per month. The minimum term is 24 months. If you wish to cancel your service before 24 months, you will be required to pay $250 for each month remaining of the 24 months. You will also then be responsible for your website hosting and theme and plugin licenses.
Website Management Services
Website managements services include all the tasks and services to keep your WordPress website running smoothly. I currently support websites built with Elementor, GeneratePress/Generate Blocks, and Bricks Builder. If your website is built with a different theme or page builder, I may elect not to support it.
I charge a $199 setup and audit fee for websites I did not build, and then the service is billed monthly, quarterly or annually.
I currently offer three plans, Core and Core Plus Annual, and Performance.
The Core plan is $70 per month and includes:
- Daily backups & restores as needed
- Plugin & core updates
- Website security monitoring
- Support by email
- Quarterly strategy calls
- Monthly reports
The Core Plus Quarterly (3 months) plan is $300 per quarter and includes:
- Everything in Core
- Simple website analytics
- Performance Plugin
- 1 hour support services per quarter
The Performance plan is $250 per month and includes:
- Everything in Core
- Simple website analytics
- Quarterly website audits
- Technical SEO fixes
- Speed optimization
- 1.5 hour services per month.
Current hourly rate is $100.
You can add additional services or add more hours to your monthly plan at my currently hourly rate.
Web Design Day Rates
You can book me by the day or half-day for a variety of services for your WordPress website. You can bundle multiple days together for the same project.
