Redesigning the Website for Gold Dog Consulting
The Problem
Cindy Hooker of Gold Dog Consulting reached out to me because she was tired of her old website, and she wanted a new look. But, she also wanted a website she could add to and update herself. She also wanted to restructure and simplify the website a bit.
The Goal
Cindy wanted her website to look more contemporary and to reflect her new branding. Additionally, she wanted it to reflect her personality while also appealing to her client base. Finally, she planned to update to her content and wanted the website to have simpler navigation and be easier for visitors to use.
The Solution
Cindy sent me a website template she really liked. I used that as inspiration to design a custom site that fit with her branding and her personality. Once we confirmed the design concept, I designed and built out the website so that her content flowed and was easy to read and digest.
I built the website in WordPress with the base theme, Page Builder Framework. Then, I designed and developed the main page using Elementor and Elementor Pro page builder. Additionally I designed custom theme elements as well, such as archive pages, new page templates, and blog post templates using Elementor’s theme building tools.
Elementor provided the flexibility to design the website Cindy wanted while also providing the flexibility for her to add to the website when she wanted and stay consistent with the style of the website.
The End Result
We ended up with a website that Cindy is very happy with! Cindy of Gold Dog Consulting also takes advantage of my website management services, so that the website is always up to date and running smoothly.
